About The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales professional to join our Growth team. The ideal candidate will own the complete sales cycle from presales and proposal management to client relationship building and revenue closure. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive B2B revenue, manage key accounts, and contribute directly to the company's growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales and inside sales efforts to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end presales process including requirement understanding, solution mapping, and proposal ownership.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with well-structured, compelling submissions.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations tailored to client needs and decision-maker profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across accounts.
- Own account management responsibilities ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine B2B sales strategy and go-to-market approach.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in front of senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
