Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support our Radiology Support Services (RSS) operations. This role focuses on data management, financial stewardship, and performance monitoring to enable informed decision-making across SingHealth institutions.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Finance, you will extract and cleanse data from Datawarehouse and Radiology Information System (RIS) systems, prepare accurate financial reports, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators across institutions. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for related operations, support claims review and payment processes, and assist in costing and pricing for related services.

The role involves supporting system implementation activities through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT), resolving minor configuration issues, and managing General Ledger Transparency (GLT) submissions, transfer pricing, and billing workflows to ensure timely month-end and year-end closures. You will correspond with relevant parties across SingHealth institutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency, provide support in developing the RSS Dashboard to monitor an agreed set of indicators set by RSS Executive Committee (EXCO) to review and drive operational performance across institutions and modalities, and support new modality rollouts and service expansion financial planning. Additionally, you will provide secretariat support including preparation of meeting materials and presentations for RSS management, and assist in streamlining financial workflows and identifying areas for process improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in budget planning and claims submission is an added advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Independent, critical thinker with ability to handle tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with initiative and a pleasant disposition
