Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Freight Forwarding Sales, located in Bengaluru. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales in the freight forwarding domain. Responsibilities include overseeing ocean freight operations, managing import/export processes, and identifying new business opportunities to foster growth and achieve targets while ensuring efficient coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight operations and understanding of shipping processes

2-3 years of sales exprience in Freight forwarding

• Expertise in Import and Export logistics and documentation
• Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with freight forwarding systems and processes is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
