Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Banking & Debt Finance

Responsibilities

Debt Finance:

• Monitor cash flow and financial covenants of all group companies periodically.
• Ensure compliance with financing conditions and obligations as per loan documents.
• Coordinate drawdown and repayment formalities for debt facilities.
• Complete all activities related to security/mortgage creation and perfection against loans.
• Review loan and debt documentation.
• Conduct periodic valuations and TSR-related activities.
• Complete relevant ROC filings.
• Support businesses in ODI transactions and assist in preparation of ODI documents.
• Resolve queries from banks and support in periodic ODI filings.
• Support all banking activities as per business requirements.
• Stay updated on RBI notifications/circulars and ascertain implications on business operations.
• Support business for closure of EDPMS/IDPMS.
• Provide trade finance transactional support as required.
• Monitor and analyze bank balances across foreign subsidiaries.
• Ensure uniformity in bank charges across group companies.

Forex Operations:

• Prepare Daily Deal Blotter.
• Ensure all disposal emails are addressed promptly.
• Send all import payment disposals to the bank.
• Update forward file daily and ensure alignment with back office records.
• Resolve bank queries in coordination with the SSC Team.
• Collate data for hedging FX risk of foreign subsidiaries.
• Address inward payment delays and rate issues by coordinating with bank/SSC Team.
• Perform MTM for entities and prepare monthly MIS.
