Position Title: Executive Assistant to C-Suite / Senior Leadership

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Assistant with over 7+ years of expertise supporting C-Suite executives, CXOs, Managing Directors, and senior leadership across global organizations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring seamless executive operations, managing high-level communications, coordinating global engagements, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business acumen, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to C-Suite leaders, Managing Directors, and Senior Partners.
  • Act as a strategic partner by anticipating executive needs and proactively resolving issues.
  • Manage executive offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support leadership in sector strategy coordination and cross-market initiatives.

Calendar & Time Management

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones.
  • Prioritize meetings aligned with business objectives and stakeholder importance.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, board meetings, global leadership sessions, and client engagements.

Communication & Correspondence

  • Manage primary executive inbox and handle correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Draft, review, and manage confidential communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Chairperson's office, global counterparts, and senior client CXOs.

Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Plan and execute internal town halls, leadership offsites, board meetings, and global visits.
  • Organize client conferences, webinars, podcasts, and training sessions.
  • Manage logistics including venue coordination, catering, technology setup, and guest management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison between leadership and multiple departments.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables across teams.

Technology & Digital Enablement

  • Leverage tools such as MS Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Trello, MS Teams, Webex, SharePoint, Concur, and other collaboration platforms.
  • Serve as digital tools ambassador and promote cybersecurity best practices.
  • Support virtual and remote work environments effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA (HR & Marketing) or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • 7 - 8 years of experience supporting senior leadership in multinational or corporate environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments preferred.
