Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role

A high-visibility role that places you at the intersection of education, experiential design, and entrepreneurship. You will work directly alongside the co-founder, gaining firsthand exposure to how ventures are built, scaled, and operated across industries. Throughout this role, you will collaborate with a diverse network of professionals, from agency partners and event coordinators to education experts, school administrators, and families from across the globe. Designed for someone in their career who wants to build a broad, high-impact skill set. The interdisciplinary nature of this role means no two weeks look the same, and the learning curve is steep by design. A smaller component of the role includes personal coordination and logistics support.

Primary Responsibilities

  • ThriveSpace Operations Support
  • Support meeting scheduling, student task tracking, and coordination for our co-founder (Ambica)
  • Support hiring for new positions end-to-end, from posting and sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding
  • Liaise with the ThriveSpace team to keep communication and timelines on track
  • Conduct research as and when needed across any active project or venture
  • This could range from opportunity and partner mapping to vendor research to anything else that requires investigating
  • Source and screen candidates, conducting initial evaluations to identify strong fits before advancing them in the hiring process

  • Active Ventures and Project Management
  • Coordinate day-to-day project management for Kinship and other active ventures, including timelines, deliverables, agency coordination, and follow-ups
  • Handle pre-event logistics and on-ground support for Kinship events, from planning all the way through to execution
  • Research opportunities, partnerships, or resources relevant to any active project as and when needed
  • Track action items across all ventures and make sure nothing slips through

  • Personal Tasks for the co-founder
  • Support with personal branding related logistical coordination with marketing agencies if needed
  • Coordinate travel for co-founder, including flights, stays, visas, and related logistics
  • Manage third-party vendor coordination for repairs, maintenance, and online orders, from finding the right people to following up on timelines and delivery

Qualifications

  • Based in Ahmedabad and available to work on-site
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in admin/operations, project coordination, event management, or school management

Required Skills

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to figure things out independently
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana, Zoom, and basic project tracking tools
  • Proactive and someone who takes ownership without being asked
  • Discreet and professional, especially when handling sensitive or personal information
  • Genuinely comfortable with a mix of strategic coordination and hands-on execution
  • Empathetic, kind, willing to learn with ability to constructively receive and share feedback
