Role Overview
The candidate will directly support the Plant Head by handling high-level coordination, MIS
reporting, data management, internal follow-ups, and operational support. The role defines
functions to ensure smooth plant operations, accurate reporting, and timely execution of
action points.
Core Responsibilities
1. MIS & Reporting (Sr. Executive Level Workscope)
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch & Power.
- Track plant KPIs and submit analytical dashboards.
- Maintain breakdown logs, downtime analysis, stoppage records & variance reports.
- Ensure 100% accurate MIS submitted to Plant Head & Corporate Office on time.
- Support data analytics for productivity improvement & cost optimization.
- Manage Plant Head's calendar, travel, meetings & scheduling.
- Draft emails, circulars, office notes & internal communications.
- Handle confidential correspondence & sensitive documents.
- Create presentations, review decks & plant update reports.
- Support audit documentation, compliance reviews & plant visits.
2. Plant Coordination & Follow-Up
- Act as the central coordination point between all plant departments.
- Track daily action points and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, HR, Stores, Safety, Admin, and Corporate teams.
- Prepare high-quality Minutes of Meeting and monitor action items.
- Maintain escalation logs and highlight delays proactively.
3. Documentation, SOPs & Audit Support
- Maintain reporting templates, SOPs, trackers & logs.
- Ensure document control, version control & audit readiness.
- Coordinate with departments for audit documentation.
4. Communication & Liaison
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Plant Head & department heads.
- Communicate with Corporate Office on reporting, capex, HR, safety & operations.
- Ensure smooth information flow across departments.
