Job Title: Tariff Coordinator

Scope: Tariff Data Input & Maintenance Across Selected Countries

Role Objective

The Tariff Coordinator will support the regional tariff function by ensuring timely and accurate input, maintenance, and updating of tariff and pricing data across designated ECU offices. The role focuses primarily on high-quality data execution, meeting defined turnaround times (TAT), and assisting with routine tariff tasks on the TOPAZ and ECU360 platforms.

The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to develop foundational knowledge of tariff management and NVOCC operations. Over time, the Tariff Coordinator will gain familiarity with key system functionalities and business workflows while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Skills Required

• Basic understanding of logistics or NVOCC operations (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and data-handling skills
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets
• Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and meet defined TAT
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of tariffs, rates, surcharges, and cost elements into the Topaz ERP and ECU360 systems.
• Ensure all assigned tariff updates are completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).
• Assist in validating data for correctness, completeness, and alignment with instructions provided by the Regional Tariff Manager or business teams.
• Maintain logs, trackers, and status reports for tariff updates and pending tasks.
• Coordinate with business users and data entry vendors to clarify inputs or resolve basic data issues.
• Support routine tariff maintenance tasks such as updating expiring rates, uploading cost sheets, and processing periodic revisions.
• Help test simple system functionalities or data upload templates when required.
• Escalate any discrepancies or recurring issues to the Regional Tariff Manager for review.
