Job Description

. STP Administration: Manage the end-to-end student pass application process via the ICA e-system.

. Application Processing: Review all applicant documentation for course eligibility and ensure the issuance of the Letter of Offer and Student Contract.

. Progression Management: Actively monitor student academic progression and facilitate the timely issuance of progression documents once a student completes their previous course of study.

. Onboarding Logistics: Coordinate essential arrival services, including airport pick-ups, medical check-up appointments, and the physical collection of the Student Pass.

. Data Integrity: Maintain and update comprehensive student records to ensure they are complete and compliant with institutional policies.

. Committee Participation: Serve on departmental or staff committees to address general administrative and operational concerns.

. Payment & Receipting: Manage the collection of student fees/payments and ensure the accurate and timely issuance of official receipts.

. Workflow Optimization: Develop a structured prioritization matrix tomanage the turnaround time for both STP eForms and Student Contracts,especially during peak intake periods.

. Cross-Functional Coordination: Implement a systematic follow-up systemwith the sales team to ensure all required documents are received promptly,reducing application bottlenecks.

. Complex Case Resolution: Analyze trends in rejected applications andprovide strategic solutions or appeals to the ICA to improve the overallstudent pass approval rate.

. Compliance Leadership: Lead the department's readiness for EduTrust andERF regulatory requirements by applying advanced knowledge gained from internalrefresher trainings.
