Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced candidate to manage day-to-day administrative operations, facility management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and employee support activities. The candidate should ensure smooth office functioning while maintaining compliance with company policies and administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle facility management activities including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office assets.
  • Reponsible to tackle office supplies, pantry, transport, and other administrative services.
  • Monitor and control administration budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain records related to office assets, invoices, agreements, and contracts.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, meetings, and events.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and transport coordination for employees and visitors.
  • Ensure statutory and safety compliance related to office administration.
  • Support HR and other departments in administrative requirements.
  • Handle procurement of office materials and negotiate with vendors for cost optimization.
  • Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for management review.
  • Address employee queries related to administration and facilities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of facility, vendor management & ticket booking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of office administration processes and compliance.

Educational Qualification

  • Any Graduate / MBA preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in administration or facility management.
  • Experience in corporate office administration is preferred.
