To Lead and provide timely reports to the Administration & Facility Management.
End to end Administration in charge (SPOC of the Location)
Knowledge of Facility and General Administrations (Mainly into Administration purchases)
Conduct due diligence, assess supplier risks, and include contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Establish rules for vendor selection, bidding, and compliance with organizational standards. Use e-procurement platforms to automate workflows, track spending, and enforce policies.
Prepare and release RFQs, RFPs, or tenders to invite suppliers to submit proposals.
Assess bids against criteria such as cost, quality, and reliability, then finalize agreements
Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contract terms. Incorporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, promoting diverse suppliers and eco-friendly sourcing
Maintain audit trails with purchase orders, contracts, and invoices for compliance.
Staff management (Housekeeping, Technicians and Security)
Maintenance &Cleanliness of office. Office Interiors Maintenance Services, Maintaining Admin/Facility MIS Report on daily, weekly and monthly wise
Facility Management, Purchase & Procurement, General Administration, Health and safety
Effective Verbal and Written communication (English, Hindi and Local language)
Computer knowledge(Email, Microsoft doc)
Strong negotiation and communication skills..
Knowledge of contract law, compliance, and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement software
