Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghazipur for a Senior Executive at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, developing marketing campaigns, handling client relationships, and improving customer satisfaction. The Senior Executive will also lead and mentor junior staff members.
