Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Executive to join our team on-site in Chandigarh. The Senior Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by meeting sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting in the development and execution of effective sales strategies, and identifying opportunities to promote various life insurance products. The role demands regular interaction with clients, delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills to drive business targets and foster strong customer relationships
- Product Knowledge and Market Understanding to effectively represent and promote life insurance products
- Communication and Presentation skills for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance practices
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a target-driven environment
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
- Preferably a graduate in any field; additional certifications in insurance or financial services are an advantage
- Relevant work experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly beneficial
