Role Overview
AiSensy is looking for an AiSensy is a WhatsApp-based Marketing & Engagement platform helping 150,000+ businessesincluding Adani, Godrej, Wipro, Vivo, PhysicsWallah, Asian Paints, and India Today Groupdrive revenue growth through WhatsApp.
We're a mission-driven, high-growth SaaS startup building the future of business communication to drive the adoption and expansion of Click-to-WhatsApp Ads (CTWA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving growth for AiSensy's ad sales in the CTWA (Click-To-WhatsApp Ads) space. This is a customer-facing role that requires a blend of sales acumen, creativity, and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and engage new clients within the digital advertising space, specifically focused on CTWA ads.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and drive repeat business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue in the CTWA ad space, targeting key industries and clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position AiSensy as a market leader.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution of campaigns.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Sales (preferred).
Experience:
1-4 years of experience in digital ad sales, performance marketing, or ad tech sales.
Proven track record in selling Click-to-WhatsApp Ads, Meta Ads, or performance-driven ad solutions.
Experience in working with enterprise clients, agencies, and brands.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
