Role overview and Key responsibilites:
- Manage Accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection.
- Monitor and analyze aging reports, identifying and resolving delinquent accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of receipts and reconciliations.
- Manage and resolve customer disputes and inquiries related to billing and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting and/or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable and cash applications, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems e.g. Tally, Zoho, Oracle or other ERP
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
