Senior Executive | Accounts Receivable |

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management:
• Generate, review, and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Ensure invoices are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collections & Payments:
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and issues.
• Process incoming payments, including checks, wire transfers, and electronic payments.
• Reconciliation & Reporting:
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and cash flow projections.
• Financial Controls & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external/internal audits.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
• Provide support during month-end and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
