Job Description Senior Executive : Account Management

Required Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Gurgaon

Description:

We at Interactive Avenues, are looking for a Senior Executive- Account management who will be managing some of the most exciting and legacy brands and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of campaigns and content initiatives. This role focuses on coordination, client servicing, content workflow management, and performance tracking across social platforms.

Responsibilities:

If you come on board with us for this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinating with creative, content, performance, and functional teams
  • Managing content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Leading execution of brand campaigns, influencer activities, and always-on content
  • Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth).
  • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Identify basic trends and flag optimization opportunities
  • Ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen account engagement and expand scope where relevant

Role Details:

  • Reporting To: Senior Manager / Group Head
  • Team Reporting: Account Executives
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Sound understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Is good with numbers and add qualitative value to the reports and performance of campaign / content.
  • Attention to detail and time management
