Job Title: Senior Executive - Account Management

Location: Gurugram,Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Manager Account Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving integrated digital campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. You will play a critical role in delivering strategic solutions that meet client objectives while upholding the highest standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into effective digital and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across platforms such as social, digital, content, and performance media.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media, strategy, SEO, and analytics to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage campaign timelines, scopes, and deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.
  • Review and guide content, creatives, and media plans to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
  • Handle routine challenges, escalations, and risk management to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support in preparing proposals, presentations, estimates, and internal documentation.
  • Mentor and guide trainees/executives, ensuring team productivity and development.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in account management/client servicing within a digital, media, or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, content, paid media, SEO, and analytics.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with large brands or integrated campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of media planning/buying and performance metrics.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members.
