About the Role
The Senior EWS Analyst is responsible for managing Early Warning and Market Intelligence Unit (EW&MIU) activities, including BAU operations, automation projects, and regulatory expectations. The role involves overseeing at least one business vertical from an early warning perspective, collaborating with internal teams such as Business Relationship, Credit Risk, and Technology, and engaging with external vendors and audit teams to ensure efficient delivery and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct EWS forum meetings, release minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track actionable items.
- Prepare MIU assessment memos and conduct promoter and borrower due diligence under the MIU framework.
- Execute EWS rule engine on DataMart and establish seamless connectivity between source systems and DataMart.
- Build working copies and include NPA accounts in the DataMart.
- Validate EWS rules and logic with support from the Model Validation Team.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Streamline external data triggers to improve process efficiency.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to enhance EWS system usage through training.
- Validate manual EWS triggers accurately and ensure their automation over time.

- Postgraduate – MBA.
Experience
- Relevant 5 years of experience in managing Early Warning Systems and Market Intelligence frameworks.
Skills and Attributes
- Effective knowledge transfer and cross-learning facilitation.
- Timely execution of EWS rule engine and BAU activities.
- Proficiency in DataMart operations and EWS system implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
