Role Summary

We are seeking experienced Senior Event Managers, BD/CS [ Multiple Positions] with over 5++ years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end events. The ideal candidate must possess proven, hands-on expertise across at core event formats, demonstrating strong leadership, client servicing, and logistical management skills. 

Required Industry Experience:

1. Concerts & Live Music Events: End-to-end management of artist riders, stage execution, high-capacity crowd control, and live technical production. 

2. Corporate Events & Conferences: Planning and executing corporate summits, annual meets, delegate flows, and executive hospitality. 

3. Brand Activations: Conceptualizing and delivering high-engagement consumer touchpoints, experiential marketing booths, and mall/street activations. 

4. Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Overseeing stall design, vendor fabrication, floor plan layout, and multi-exhibitor logistics. 

5. Product Launches: Delivering high-impact visual unveilings, media management, press setups, and brand showcases. 

6. Large-Scale Public Productions & Festivals: Managing high-footfall public cultural festivals, sports events, arena setups, and multi-day outdoor experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from initial client brief to post-event breakdown and reporting. 

• Lead cross-functional teams including creative, production, client servicing, and digital teams. 

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and supervise technical suppliers (AV, fabrication, lighting, staging). 

• Develop detailed event budgets, track project expenses, and ensure maximum cost efficiency.

• Obtain required local authority permissions, licenses, and safety permits for venue setups. 

• Serve as the primary on-ground operational lead, managing timelines, run-of-show, and emergency contingencies. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated event management agency experience.

• Portfolio: Proven track record of executing large-scale, multi-format events. 

• Skills: Excellent client servicing, strong negotiation, budget control, and team leadership skills. 

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
