- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful

- Communicate project status, issues and risks to senior management.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered
- on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify
- opportunities for improvement and learnings.
- Conduct and arrange weekly/monthly review meetings.
- Ensure drawing approvals, material submittals and technical queries are addressed
- on time.
- To ensure records register amp; file for drawings, decisions, checklist, joint records,
- delay register, monthly approvals etc as per company SOPs.
- Having good knowledge of high-rise residential building of Aluform (Mivan) and
- Conventional Shuttering, AutoCAD, MS Office, Strategic/Highrise ERP etc.
- Independent to handle the project w.r.t execution, safety, quality, micro planning,
- possession etc.
- Communicate with architect and other consultants regarding concern work.
- Overall planning and controlling of projects.
- Having knowledge of sanction drawings and procedures.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
