The role

Lead enterprise ERP implementations for mid-market and large clients across the GCC. You own the project from kickoff through hypercare, working with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects (8–16 week engagements)
• Configure Finance, Inventory, HR, and industry-specific modules to client requirements
• Run data migration from legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally)
• Deliver user training and change management sessions
• Own the hypercare period and handover to support

What you'll bring

• 5+ years ERP implementation experience (any major platform)
• Strong understanding of Gulf accounting requirements (VAT, ZATCA, multi-currency)
• Proven ability to manage enterprise stakeholders at CFO/COO level
• Arabic language skills preferred but not required
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate

Nice to have

• ZATCA Phase 2 implementation experience
• Equipment rental or construction vertical background
