Senior Equity Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support an equity research team at a leading global investment bank in a sector-focused role, contributing to high-quality research outputs
• Build, maintain and update detailed company and industry financial models
• Create and manage databases by aggregating data from multiple internal and external sources
• Prepare and contribute to regular research publications, including earnings previews, earnings reviews, event updates and flash notes
• Track company-specific and sector-wide developments and incorporate relevant insights into research outputs
• Assist with data aggregation, analysis and ad-hoc research requests
• Respond to client queries related to assigned companies and sectors in a timely manner
• Conduct in-depth sector analysis and support onshore analysts in identifying key investment themes and ideas
• Generate and contribute differentiated insights for thematic and idea-driven research publications
• Continuously strengthen research capabilities to develop robust investment theses and unique perspectives
• Develop clear, concise presentations and slide decks summarizing investment insights

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation and handling large financial datasets
• Understanding of U.S. financial disclosures and regulatory filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and related reporting standards
