Qualification: M.Sc. in Environmental Science or M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering

CTC: 5–6 LPA, depending on experience and fit

Your Role

As a Senior Environmental Specialist, you will manage environmental approvals and compliance assignments for industrial, real estate, infrastructure, and other development projects. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure accurate documentation, effective coordination, and timely completion of assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Environmental Approvals: Manage EC/EIA, Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), CCA, Groundwater NOCs, EPR registrations, and other applicable statutory approvals.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Prepare Post-EC Compliance Reports, Environmental Audit Reports, periodic regulatory reports, and other statutory documentation.
• Technical Assessment: Review environmental monitoring data relating to air, water, noise, and waste management, and support recommendations for improved compliance and environmental performance.
• Technical Presentations: Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for submissions and discussions with SEAC, SEIAA, Pollution Control Boards, and other regulatory authorities.
• Client Advisory & Coordination: Explain regulatory requirements, compliance timelines, documentation needs, and project-specific obligations to clients.
• Environmental Management: Support operational compliance, environmental audits, and STP/ETP-related compliance assignments.
• Project Execution: Coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage multiple assignments, and undertake site visits and regulatory meetings as required.

What We're Looking For

• M.Sc. in Environmental Science or M.Tech. in Environmental Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in environmental consultancy, regulatory affairs, or industrial environmental compliance.
• Working knowledge of Indian environmental regulations, EIA/EC procedures, Pollution Control Board processes, and waste management regulations.
• Experience in preparing technical reports, compliance documents, regulatory applications, and presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and client coordination skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently, meet regulatory deadlines, and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, project/site visits, and regulatory assignments.
