Senior Enterprise Technology Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Product Enablement Lead to play a strategic role in shaping and securing our enterprise technology landscapes. You will lead a high-performing team of engineers and product managers, providing deep expertise in security, infrastructure, and operational excellence. Your role is central to driving large-scale transformation and automation initiatives, ensuring the resilience, performance, and compliance of our critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform & Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the delivery of platform engineering capabilities that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure services. You will champion CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices across teams.
• Team & Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. You will guide the development of engineers through coaching, feedback, and technical mentorship.
• Operational Excellence & Security: Provide deep expertise in ITIL, Agile, and enterprise IT governance frameworks. You will enhance disaster recovery and resilience planning, contribute to cybersecurity risk assessments, and manage budgets to ensure strategic alignment.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with technology teams, business leaders, and external vendors to shape the vision and drive the execution of transformative platform initiatives. You will collaborate across squads to deliver scalable solutions and support long-term platform strategies.
• System Integration & Modernization: Support enterprise modernization efforts and help integrate platform capabilities with enterprise IT systems. You will provide technical input on platform investments and operational decisions.
