Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of all HCM modules and hands-on experience in configuring solutions to meet business requirements. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills to lead a team of junior consultants and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide complete knowledge and expertise in all Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Performance Management, Reports, and Notifications.
- Configure Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements with minimal or no customizations.
- Build and maintain PAAS solutions and have experience working on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions on the Oracle HCM product.
- Handle product versions and features, manage upgrades, and oversee change management processes.
- Lead and guide a team of junior consultants, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions.
- Review and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and standards.
- Manage integrations with other applications and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in all HCM modules.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle HCM solutions.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining PAAS solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and guide a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle troubleshooting and solutioning.

- Relevant certifications for Oracle HCM
