About the Role Main Responsibilities
Designation: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager-Maintenance. Having 2-4 years of experience in plant maintenance, aware of TPM, ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Provide consistent leadership and ensure faster execution and improved coordination across maintenance projects.
- Address operational and strategic gaps by driving initiatives that reduce downtime and safeguard productivity.
Role: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance function to support the plant's ability to meet expansion goals and achieve sustainability targets.
- Ensure uninterrupted operations by reducing reliance on rotating Shift Engineers and maintaining project continuity, like NetZero, IOT implementation, etc.
