Senior Engineering Manager

Work exp - 20+ yrs

Work Mode Work from office, 5 days a week, with a half day on Saturday.

Technical Requirements

Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering, management, or any other equivalent field.

Has 20+ years of experience in the field of engineering.

Has experience in managing large scale data migrations from legacy systems to cloud or external.

Has experience in managing ecosystem wide integration delivery

Knowledge of web development technologies

Familiarity with back-end development technologies

Experience with building cloud native applications, API first architectures and deployments on containers

and Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS with the ability to manage cloud-based

systems.

Understanding of version control systems like Git and related platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques like image optimization, caching and CDNs

Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and their impact on web

development.

Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines with ability to manage multiple

projects simultaneously, prioritize projects and allocate resources appropriately.

Up to date knowledge of latest industry trends in tech and processes.

Good understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
