wWe are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Engineering Manager with strong experience in retail-tech, omnichannel commerce, logistics, or supply chain-driven environments. This role requires a leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings and can balance strategic thinking with deep technical involvement
.You will lead multiple engineering pods responsible for business-critical platforms such as Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), POS integrations, ERP integrations, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and customer-facing commerce experiences

Required Qualificati
