WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This position operates with a specific focus on innovation and ensuring technological excellence in our software products.

You will lead in recruiting and motivating our Software Product Development engineering team.

Work closely with a co-located or closely located team tasked with developing intricate modifications to the core platform, microservices, and new applications.

Refine product requirements and use cases into a software roadmap and scrum-level deliverables.

Collaborate with the architecture group to re-engineer core product features for improved resilience.

Develop scalable solutions that enable self-service and seamless integration for customers and third-party partners.

Concentrate on stabilization efforts to ensure high resilience in core software modules and clear interfaces for connectors and integrationsConstruct software solutions with user-centric support as a fundamental aspect.

Collaborate internally to identify and achieve our net retention targets and Net Promoter Score (NPS)Establish a feedback loop and provide insights on prioritization to the Product and Development teams, acting as an extended member of the leadership team

WHAT YOU BRING

15+ years of experience leading high-performing software teams at fast-growing companies

Proven track record of leading software development projects that encompass a wide range of technologies

Experience building security, identity, or authentication applications

Technical depth and ability to guide key architectural decisions

Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams in partnership with product management and design functions, ideally in a consumer products company

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a knack for innovation and creative thinking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience partnering your team with off-shore resources

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
