Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture and design of enterprise-level Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and be able to translate complex business requirements into scalable, declarative-first technical solutions. This role requires strong collaboration with client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and architectural governance throughout the engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the solution architecture and design for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, declarative-first technical solutions.
- Conduct organizational assessments to define data models, integration patterns, and security architecture.
- Own and maintain the High-Level Technical Solution Document, ensuring architectural governance.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical direction to the development team.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, integration leads, and project managers to align solution design with business objectives.
- Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Mentor senior and mid-level developers on Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.
Mandatory Skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, integration patterns, and security architecture.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce consultant and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in conducting org assessments and defining technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and methodologies (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
- Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13-16 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations in large enterprises.
