Position - Sr. Engineering Manager

As a Sr. Engineering Manager at Capillary Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organisation. You will lead a talented team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and deliver world-class products. Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the technology roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a senior engineering leader with a track record of successfully managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, architecture, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated experience in driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelors or advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
