Role Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor backend engineering teams for scalable Java-based product development.
Architect and optimize distributed systems, microservices, and web services.
Ensure code quality, system performance, and guide regular technical reviews.

Job Requirements:

10–14 years of backend development and system architecture experience.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, AWS, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale distributed products independently.
Excellent skills in mentoring, problem-solving, and designing scalable architectures.
