Product & Platform Ownership

• Partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical product and platform initiatives.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalable, secure, cloud-native systems.
• Champion API-first and platform-first engineering practices.

Technical Leadership

• Act as a player-coach, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and critical development initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and unblock complex engineering challenges.
• Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices.

AI & Innovation

• Lead adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Build AI-powered workflows, recommendation engines, conversational experiences, and operational tools.
• Implement robust AI governance, observability, and performance standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation.

Scalability & Reliability

• Scale systems supporting millions of users and growing transaction volumes.
• Improve platform performance, resilience, monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Build highly available and reliable distributed systems.
