We are seeking a
Senior Engineering Managerwith
10+ years of experiencein software development and engineering leadership. The role requires a proven ability to
lead multiple teams, drive high-impact delivery, and mentor senior engineers, while partnering closely with Product and business stakeholders to execute technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and inspiremultiple engineering teams
- Drive career growth, performance management, and succession planning
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and high engineering standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team scaling for strategic growth
Technical & Delivery Oversight
- Provide technical guidance, architecture review, and code quality oversight
- Ensure adoption ofbest practices in software design, testing, security, and CI/CD
- Partner with Tech Leads and Architects on system design and roadmap planning
- Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and dependencies across projects
Strategic & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and business teams to define technical strategy
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership
- Influence technology roadmap and contribute to organizational planning
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and delivery excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ yearsof software engineering experience with5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience leadinglarge, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations
- Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud)
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior leadership
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience inclient-facing or consulting environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable systems
- Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering
- Familiarity withDevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
