Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer Validation to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering validation, ensuring that all products meet the necessary quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Design and implement validation strategies for engineering projects.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of engineering systems and components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
Document validation processes and results for internal and external audits.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on validation best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
6-9 years of experience in engineering validation or quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of validation methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Experience with regulatory compliance in engineering projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
