Senior Engineer -Track

Responsibilities

• Lead track engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical expertise in track design, maintenance, and construction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop track-related plans and designs.
• Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess track conditions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all track-related activities.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to meet project goals and objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of track maintenance programs.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineering staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in track engineering and design.
• Thorough understanding of track maintenance practices and regulations.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as Bentley Power Rail Track, Open rail Designer, ClearRoute 2, AutoCAD and MicroStation.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
