Senior Engineer - Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project test requirements and document test scenarios; raise clarifications with BAs/Customers.
• Derive test scenarios, develop and execute test cases, review test cases prepared by peers and juniors.
• Create and execute automated scripts to improve efficiency.
• Assist Test Leads in test estimation, strategy, planning, and monitoring progress for timely delivery.
• Participate in DRB meetings, team meetings, and customer calls for clarifications or issue resolutions.
• Suggest ideas for automation, process improvement, productivity enhancement, and develop accelerators/tools/macros.
• Adhere to SLK and project-specific processes, security guidelines, and mandatory process activities.
• Participate in learning and development initiatives (minimum 6 days per year).
• Mentor and coach Test Engineers and junior team members.
• Ensure high utilization and cost efficiency through process improvements and innovative approaches.
