Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Technical Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of Qt/QML-based HMI applications, while mentoring and guiding a development team in a fast-paced automotive engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution design for Qt/QML-based automotive HMI applications
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality delivery and technical best practices
• Own performance optimization and code quality across the product
• Act as the primary technical point of contact with customer/Qt stakeholders
• Drive Agile development practices within the team
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Qt/QML and C++
• Qt version 5.5 [or] Qt version 6 experience mandatory
• Proven experience leading or guiding development teams
• Strong architecture and solution design capability
• Strong focus on performance optimization and code quality
• Excellent communication skills for direct customer/stakeholder interaction
