Your responsibilities
Drives OEM quality excellence through supplier development & improvement
- Ensure OEM factory quality targets and maintain defined quality standards
- Initiate and track quality improvement plans and measurable objectives
- Manage supplier development: NPD, corrective actions, process upgrades
- Coordinate audits, field issues, and supplier quality improvements & oversee part/process releases for series production readiness
- Drive 8D problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting
Your profile
- BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or similar field
- 610 years experience in supplier quality or product development
- Expertise in cooking appliances; mixer grinder/kettle is an advantage
- Strong in quality tools: 8D, Six Sigma, FMEA, problem-solving
- Knowledge of NPD, testing, and QMS (ISO 9001/14001) preferred
