Key responsibilities in your new role
- Power and IREM Engineer with detail understanding of Power Pads, Power Switch, power grid, Static & Dynamic IR Requirements, VCD Details, and techniques to fix it.
- Job Description :
- Responsible for planning and understanding of Power Pads, Power Switch, power grid, Static & Dynamic IR Requirements, VCD Details, and techniques to fix it.
- Responsible to Power signoff and to achieve IR and EM in control at the block and top level by understanding the Power Grid
- Should have detailed knowledge and techniques for all IR and EM-related issues at the block or top level in the initial phase of the project.
- The candidate should have a reasonable ability to automate design work by means of scripting, e.g., Tcl/Tk, Perl, or Python.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant working experience in IREM fixes
- Hands-on experience in finding and fixing issue related to power structure in initial phase of the project
- Expert user of industry standard tools
- In-depth knowledge of 28nm/16nm/12nm technologies and associatedchallenges.
- In-depth knowledge of flipchip design or wirebond and how to deal withboth the design for IR and EM fixes
- Deep understanding of low power design techniques and implementationmethodologies
- Should be self-motivated and take initiatives to drive new methodologies
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
