Need to list the critical suppliers from the existing list considering Quality and take suppliers audits and make suppliers to improve the quality of supplying parts.
Calculate the supplier rating based on Quality, Delivery and price and circulate to suppliers on quarterly basis.
Attend for inprocess rejections in line and get immediate corrective action and preventive actions from suppliers.
Ensure to send the rejection materials back to suppliers and try to make Zero incoming rejections.
