Senior Engineer - Software

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Understand customer expectations and perform detailed design.
• Analyze module/component requirements in alignment with overall project scope.
• Assist Analyst Designer in module analysis and design.
• Implement/develop code according to the design and coding standards.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of allocated tasks.
• Comply with SLK policies and procedures (timesheet, leave management, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of Integration Test Plans.
• Support integration testing and system testing.
• Resolve defects reported through peer reviews, testing, and independent verification.
• Conduct peer reviews to maintain code quality and reduce re-work.
• Contribute to reusable code/components.
• Participate in customer calls and provide status reports on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and guide junior developers.
• Engage in learning initiatives as per plan.
