Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Engineer role based in Agra. The Senior Engineer will oversee insulation projects from planning to completion, including reviewing designs, preparing technical specifications, and coordinating fabrication, supply, and installation activities. Responsibilities include supervising site execution, monitoring quality and safety standards, resolving technical issues, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role involves collaborating with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams, preparing progress reports, and supporting running maintenance operations as needed. The Senior Engineer will also mentor junior engineers and technicians, promote best practices, and contribute to process improvements in project delivery.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical skills in industrial insulation systems (hot, cold, and acoustic), including design review, material selection, and installation methods.
• Candidates should possess project management capabilities, such as planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for turnkey projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in site supervision and quality assurance, including enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and client specifications.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in technical documentation and communication, including report writing, drawings interpretation, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess general engineering competencies, including problem-solving, analytical thinking, and familiarity with relevant engineering software or tools.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in industrial projects, preferably in insulation, construction, or related engineering fields.
• Ability to work on-site in Agra, manage field conditions, and lead diverse teams of skilled personnel.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices for construction and maintenance environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and build long-term client relationships.
