Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer based in Vidisha. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising infrastructure projects. They will coordinate with the engineering team, manage project schedules, ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and oversee resource allocation. Additionally, the Senior Engineer will engage with stakeholders, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Engineering Design, Project Planning, and Execution
- Strong understanding of Water Infrastructure Systems, including WTPs, CWRs, EWTs, and distribution networks
- Experience in Team Leadership, Collaboration, and Problem-Solving
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Quality Standards for Infrastructure Projects
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
- Proficiency in Engineering Software Tools and Project Management Tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related field
- Relevant work experience in water infrastructure construction projects
- Willingness to work on-site in Vidisha
