About the Role

We are excited to announce the opening of a new department dedicated to supporting our projects and operations in Lithuania, strengthening our capabilities and expanding our presence in the region.

Brief Job description:

• Modelling and drafting transportations infrastructure.
• Finding solutions for various connections between elements.
• Candidate will be working with various types of infrastructure project.
• Candidate will be involved in different phases of project development, starting to: conceptual design, preliminary design, basic design, detail design, workshop drawings for roads infrastructure solutions.
• Candidate will be developing solutions and modelling roads while collaborating and getting information from Project managers, leading engineers.
• Candidate at the same time will work in several various size projects including teams of 2 to 5 engineers working at the same project therefore a work planning, prioritization and coordination skills are required.
• Candidate should be able to understand a various roads construction and model of the roads and connections according to such sketches from leading engineers.
• Calculating a material quantities and preparing BoQ's.
• Ensuring that assigned tasks / projects are delivered on time, with quality and within given budget.
• Candidate will be communicating and coordinating activities with His/her team manager and members that are located in Lithuania, therefore candidate should have a very good English verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Candidate should demonstrate a proactiveness, orientation to result and ability to work in team.

Qualifications

• Education in roads, streets and highways design.

Required Skills

• Good skills in Autodesk Civil 3D software.
• Good English verbal skills.
• Previous work experience in International company (preferably European company).
• Work planning, prioritization and coordination skills.
• Very good English verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Proactiveness, orientation to result and ability to work in team.
