Senior Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team at RNTBCI PL. This role will involve leading technical operations, providing expert support, and contributing to product development within a fast-paced IT environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the business customization requirement technically .
• Support and co-ordinate digital Mock-up process.
• Oversee and enhance Information Technology (IT) Support, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, particularly utilizing the ServiceNow Platform.
• Perform Network Administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Actively participate in Product Development lifecycles, from concept to deployment.
• Lead and manage various Project Experience, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
• Participate in DMU Configuration and population .
• Manage Technical Operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Alert activity leader in case of issues in defined tools or process... etc
• Provide expert Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting for critical incidents.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Strong skills in Catia, 3Dx and DMU tools
• Knowledge in Engineering BOM & CAD Drawing and release process
• Excellent ability to create clear and concise Documentations.
• Extensive experience in Information Technology (IT) Support.
• Demonstrated experience in Product Development.
• Strong background in Technical Operations.
• Ability to define and interpret Technical Specifications.
• Advanced skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
