Job Description
The Opportunity:
Defines and implements comprehensive quality requirements for manufacturing processes to proactively identify and mitigate product quality risks. Monitors continuously process outcomes to identify and address quality issues, driving process improvements. Participates and supports R&D projects to ensure successful implementation of new products and manufacturing lines. Establishes effective change management processes for product features, processes, suppliers, materials, or design changes.
How you'll make an Impact:
- Develops and implements quality assurance strategies and plans to enhance production quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Establishes standards and specifications for manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Provides internal reporting on quality assurance activities, progress, and outcomes to relevant stake holders.
- Utilizes data-driven insights to drive/contribute decision-making and implement necessary process improvements.
- Manages and mentors the quality professionals under their responsibility. - Conducts training programs and workshops to promote quality awareness to develop the skills of manufacturing personnel.
- Participates in development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to mitigate process risks.
Your back ground:
- B.E / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Quality Management Systems and Auditing Process Failure Mode Effect
- Analysis (PFMEA) Process Design and Optimization (DFM/DFA, Capability Analysis, SPC, CtQ, Poke Yoke, SOP etc.)
