Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise banking and payment solutions through effective test planning, automation, API, performance, and security testing. The role is responsible for executing quality engineering practices, leveraging AI-assisted testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and compliant software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for Test Management, Work Item Management, and Defect Tracking.
- Mandatory experience in Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java or .NET.
- Experience with Playwright automation is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman.
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and backend testing.
- Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and defect management processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of Banking Regulatory Compliance and Financial Transaction Processing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Experience in API Automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing using JMeter.
- Experience with Service Virtualization or Mock APIs.
- Exposure to Security Testing concepts.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications (Azure preferred).
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
- Experience in Test Data Management and Test Environment Management.
