Senior Engineer ( Projects )

Job Description:

• Analyze and assess technical and operational issues to propose effective solutions.
• Apply quality management principles and methodologies to improve project outcomes and process efficiency.
• Evaluate and assess new product or project designs to ensure alignment with performance, safety, and compliance standards.
• Create and review engineering designs and technical drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
• Identify and interpret client design needs and project objectives.
• Manage and resolve disputes or conflicts that arise during project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of product design and development to meet specified project timelines and quality requirements.
• Oversee and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) systems and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
